We're on the lookout for a passionate, people-loving Cocktail Server to join our vibrant team at The Lookout Bar - where unforgettable views, craft cocktails, and genuine hospitality come together in the heart of the Vail Valley.

If you’re energized by connecting with others, love great food and drink, and thrive in fast-paced, guest-centered environments, you’ll feel right at home here. As one of our Cocktail Servers, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences - from that first welcome to the final nightcap.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing your station and completing opening/closing side duties

• Serving food and beverages safely and professionally

• Demonstrating strong knowledge of our food, wine, and cocktail menus

• Delivering smooth, attentive service to multiple tables while staying organized

• Maintaining cleanliness and efficiency at service stations

• Supporting team communication and guest satisfaction throughout service

• Practicing teamwork across all departments and showing up as a positive presence

• Going above and beyond for guests - turning great service into connections that matter

Work Location: One Riverfront - Avon, CO

Employment Status: Year Round - Full & Part Time

Schedule: Shift starts at 1 or 2 PM until 10 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $14.42/hr + tips

Posting Closing Date:  6/30/2025 or when filled

Preferred (but not required):

• 1 year of food & beverage experience

• Familiarity with wine, spirits, and cocktail service

• Experience using POS systems

Required:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Able to stand, walk, and move for up to 8 hours per shift

• A great attitude, sharp attention to detail, and a guest-first mindset
