Common Area Attendant - Founders Place

Founders Place is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Common Area Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property’s shared spaces-including common areas, the building perimeter, and occasionally private residences. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively to support a luxury standard of excellence in a welcoming mountain community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean all assigned common areas to standard
• Dust and polish wooden and metal surfaces and furniture
• Replenish supplies in restrooms, kitchens, closets, and public areas
• Empty trash and transport waste to designated disposal sites
• Report maintenance issues (e.g., plumbing, equipment malfunctions, damages) promptly
• Stock housekeeping closets and mobile carts with linens and supplies
• Clean and maintain equipment and tools
• Clean elevators, door tracks, and high-touch surfaces
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Location: Founder Place, Park City, UT

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Schedule: 8am - 4: 30 pm Flexible schedule required, including holidays and weekends.

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience in a hospitality setting preferred
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Must adhere to appearance and grooming standards outlined in the employee handbook
