Job Purpose

The purpose of the Concierge is to welcome residents and guests to NorthCreek. Teach residents how to navigate HOA technologies and instruct residents on community and HOA items. The Concierge will assist the General Manager in the daily onsite operations of the Association. This includes building community harmony and promoting the general welfare of the community. Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Association, including but not limited to announcing guests, escorting vendors to units and around the common areas, reservation management, managing vendor activity, delivering newspapers, accepting and delivering packages, and valet parking vehicles in accordance with each individual Unit’s protocols and requests, and all other duties as assigned



Area of Responsibility

Entire lobby areas (two lobbies), from front entry door, through vestibule, all lobby perimeter, mailbox areas, corridor/hallway to elevator access and elevator cabs, and monitoring of all camera/security systems throughout the Association. Routine walks to verify security of perimeter gates and doors.

Physical Demands

Frequently walks, stoops, bends, squats (to retrieve parcels or pick-up debris). climbs stairs, walks on uneven ground, lifts items less than 15 pounds, and reaches at, below, or above shoulder level. Frequent face-to-face interactions with residents/staff/visitors and must speak clearly and articulate with extreme accuracy to give directions, talk on the phone, etc.

Occasionally may lift items 16-50 pounds, push items 20-100 pounds, kneel, twist, or grasp/pull/carry/push equipment such as bell carts.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as concierge/valet/doorperson in hotel, club, or exclusive class A residence preferred
  • Some experience in customer service and/or administrative field (i.e. hotel, property management, receptionist).
  • Must have excellent communication skills, and be able to speak well over the telephone and in person
  • Must be fluent in English, with the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to respond professionally to common inquiries or complaints from homeowners, guests & vendors.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and the ability to learn other necessary systems.
