Concierge

We’re seeking a Concierge with exceptional customer service skills and extensive local area knowledge! As one of the first associates guests encounter upon arrival, the Concierge plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will greet guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they step through the door. This position is responsible for ensuring total guest satisfaction, overseeing everything from pre-arrival communication and booking logistics to reservation reconfirmation and departures. Duties Include: 

• Answer guest inquiries and create personalized arrangements to enhance their experience, including pre-arrival trip planning and concierge assistance.  
• Build and maintain an extensive knowledge base of local restaurants, shops, activities, tours, transportation options, and vendors.  
• Communicate effectively with the concierge team and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.  
• Uphold high standards of service and courtesy to ensure total guest satisfaction at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa.  
• Maintain accurate records of all arrangements in ALICE while handling guest information with confidentiality and integrity.

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round 

Pay Rate: $21 / hour

Schedule: Full time, days and hours may change with business needs

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, allowing them to engage with guests in a friendly and positive manner, both in writing and verbally. They can effectively present information, ensuring a clear and welcoming experience. Previous customer service experience is preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Local knowledge is required.
