Concierge

Elevate the guest experience at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, managed by East West Hospitality. We’re looking for a Concierge who thrives on delivering world-class service and sharing expert local knowledge. As a key point of contact, you’ll be the warm welcome that sets the tone for an unforgettable stay-handling everything from pre-arrival arrangements and reservations to personalized recommendations and seamless departures. Duties Include: 

• Answer guest inquiries and create personalized arrangements to enhance their experience, including pre-arrival trip planning and concierge assistance.  
• Build and maintain an extensive knowledge base of local restaurants, shops, activities, tours, transportation options, and vendors.  
• Communicate effectively with the concierge team and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.  
• Uphold high standards of service and courtesy to ensure total guest satisfaction at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa.  
• Maintain accurate records of all arrangements in ALICE while handling guest information with confidentiality and integrity.   

Location:  The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO.

Start Date: ASAP, before March 7th

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round 

Pay Rate: $21 / hour

Schedule: 9am -5:30pm, 5 days a week with either Tuesday/Wednesday off or Wednesday/Thursday off

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, allowing them to engage with guests in a friendly and positive manner, both in writing and verbally. They can effectively present information, ensuring a clear and welcoming experience. Previous customer service experience is preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Local knowledge is required.
