Custodian & Maintenance Assistant

$500 SIGNING BONUS

Oxford Court is looking for a Custodian & Maintenance Assistant, where your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and independence will shine! If you take pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained, this role offers a dynamic mix of houseperson duties, landscaping, snow clearing, and basic maintenance tasks. Duties:

• Clean and maintain common areas of Oxford Court, a 5-story residential building, including garage, game room, fitness room, hallways, 2 bathrooms, elevators, entrance, lobby, and front office.
• Assist with landscaping during spring, summer, and fall
• Assist with snow removal of driveway and sidewalks in winter
• Clean outdoor furniture, pool, and hot tub
• Assist on-site building engineer with light maintenance projects

Location: Oxford Court - Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: 4/1/2025

Employment Status: Full and Part Time Year Round, Full and Part Time Seasonal

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24/ hour; signing bonus paid $250 after 30 days and $250 after 90 days.

Schedule: 32-40 hours per week for full time, 20-25 hours per week for part time. Flexible hours. Must be available to work some weekends and holidays.

The right candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives on getting things done! You’ll follow directions with precision, check off to-do lists with ease, and provide outstanding service to both owners and guests. A strong work ethic, proactive mindset, and independent spirit are key, along with a professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing attitude. You should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and have an interest in both indoor and outdoor maintenance. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, basic English is required, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
