Customer Experience Supervisor

East West Hospitality's Beaver Creek Operations Team is looking for a driven Customer Experience Supervisor to join our team in this incredible growth opportunity. As the Customer Experience Supervisor, you’ll be a key player in shaping and enhancing the homeowner and guest experience. You’ll masterfully manage and market rental properties, crafting personalized touches that elevate guest stays beyond expectations. When challenges arise, you’ll step in with solutions that preserve trust in the East West brand. Supporting the Property Management team, you’ll help streamline operations so they can focus on delivering top-tier service. Duties include but are not limited to:

You will take the lead on our Home Onboarding Process, setting up new properties for success and ensuring seamless transitions. You'll deliver VIP gifts, supplies, and essentials to properties across BC and Vail, leaving a lasting impression on our guests. As the manager of our Return Guest program and home goods inventory, you'll have the opportunity to elevate guest satisfaction by handling special requests and delivering personalized experiences. You'll also assist with exciting rental home upgrades, while overseeing the mattress replacement program to keep our properties in top shape. In addition, you'll coordinate LQA inspections and provide critical support to property managers with owner communications, ensuring flawless operations and building lasting relationships with homeowners. Location: offices out of Highlands Lodge

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule: 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, weekends required during Summer/Winter and holidays required

Pay Range: $25-28 / hour 

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can work independently while partnering with others to find creative solutions. As a team leader, you'll bring high energy and motivation to deliver exceptional service to both owners and guests. You’re observant and quick to respond to various situations, adept at multitasking without missing a beat. Your calm demeanor allows you to deescalate unhappy guests with ease. You should have an intermediate to proficient understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A vehicle and the flexibility to transport items around Beaver Creek and Vail are essential for this role.
