Job Description
Join the Eagle Ranch Homeowner's Association and play a key role in guiding the aesthetic and architectural integrity of one of Eagle’s premier communities. We are looking for our next Design Review Board Coordinator. In this detail-oriented position, you’ll review applications for new construction, exterior renovations, landscaping, and design modifications. Duties Include:
Coordinate and present at monthly Design Review Board (DRB) meetings with board members
Review and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and site layouts
Understand, apply, and clearly communicate DRB design guidelines to homeowners and applicants
Guide homeowners through the design review and approval process, providing timely updates and direction
Present proposed home designs and exterior modifications to the board for review and approval
Collaborate with the Assistant Community Manager to uphold DRB Guidelines and Planned Unit Development (PUD) standards
Meet recurring monthly deadlines to ensure timely processing of design requests and inspections
Conduct on-site home and property inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans and community standards (some outdoor work required)

Start Date: 8/4/2025
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round.
Compensation: $65k - $80k, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of architectural plans, terminology, and design principles, with the ability to interpret measurements and ensure compliance with Eagle Ranch design guidelines. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to liaise effectively with homeowners, architects, and contractors. Proficiency in Bluebeam, Magnet, and Microsoft Office is preferred, as is experience presenting and coordinating monthly design meetings with board members.
