Director of Finance

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Finance to oversee all financial aspects of Viceroy Snowmass, our luxury condo hotel located in Snowmass Village, CO. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong analytical skills, hospitality industry experience, and a passion for luxury service. This role is a member of the property’s Executive Committee and reports directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with executive management to develop financial strategies.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
• Optimize revenue management, cost controls, and profitability.
• Drive financial initiatives aligned with luxury service standards.
• Oversee HOA financial management, including budgeting, assessments, and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 5+ years of finance leadership experience, preferably in hospitality and HOA management.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality finance, budgeting, and revenue management.
• Proficiency in financial software systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for luxury service and hospitality.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Year-Round

Salary range: $150,000 - $160,000 annually
