By seamlessly managing guest services and owner communications, you’ll be the driving force behind our reputation for excellence, making sure that both guests and owners feel valued and cared for at every turn.
Duties Include:
As Director of Hospitality, you'll lead and manage the guest services team to deliver exceptional and consistent service. You'll oversee front desk operations, guest relations, and owner services, ensuring seamless service delivery. Your role will involve developing and implementing service standards and procedures to enhance the guest experience, while promptly and professionally addressing any concerns or complaints. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both guests and property owners will be key, as will coordinating with other departments to efficiently meet their needs. You'll recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. Additionally, you'll prepare and manage the guest services budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. By monitoring guest feedback and reviews, you'll continuously improve service and satisfaction. You'll also ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, communicate regularly with property owners on performance and maintenance updates, and develop owner engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Organizing and hosting special events and activities to elevate the guest experience will be an important aspect of this role.

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $80,000-$95,000
Schedule: 40 hours a week, weekends and holidays may be required based on business needs
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills to inspire and develop a high-performing team, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with guests, owners, and team members. Excellent communication, quick problem-solving, and a customer-centric mindset are essential. Attention to detail, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and professionalism are crucial. Qualifications include 5+ years of luxury hospitality experience with 2+ years in leadership, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. Proficiency in hotel management software, financial acumen, and knowledge of compliance standards are required, with additional language skills being a plus.
