Director of Operations - Resort Delivery

Interested in an exciting opportunity to run an independent business managed by East West Hospitality? The Director of Operations oversees the entity Resort Delivery Ventures, LLC. This Senior Leader will directly oversee the operation and management of the business and employees. If you have the mindset of a business owner, are adaptable, agile and have a deep passion for sales and a talent for leading teams...we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities Include:

• Setting and executing business development strategy, expanding into new markets, and developing new product lines.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure profitability and meet financial targets.
• Leading and motivating the Resort Delivery team, ensuring a culture of integrity and excellence.
• Managing budget, financial reviews, and sales goals.
• Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, handling customer service, and overseeing vendor relations.

Location: Office located in City Market - Vail, CO.

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $70k - $80k, DOE, with bonus potential

Successful candidates will possess:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, with at least 4 years of college.
• Experience in team management or supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting and organizational tasks.
• Clear driving record and ability to operate a vehicle for grocery delivery.
• Capability to comprehend financial reports, sales data, and regulatory documents.
• Skill in presenting and responding to various audiences.
