Director of Sales Eye Pieces - INTERNAL CANDIDATES ONLY

We're looking for a Director of Sales to lead our sales team across all store locations. This role is your chance to shine as a mentor, motivator, and strategy master-while keeping things fun, focused, and always on-brand.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading with Heart: Inspire and coach our amazing sales team to crush their goals and grow every day.
• Driving Sales (and Smiles): Create and roll out exciting strategies to boost store performance across the board.
• Leveling Up the Customer Experience: Foster a culture where top-tier service is the standard-and where every customer feels like a VIP.
• Team Development: Run engaging training programs that help our associates sharpen their skills and bring their best selves to work.
• Collaborating Across Departments: Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Buying, and Senior Management to make sure our goals align, and momentum stays strong.
• Keeping It Smart: Monitor sales data, track team progress, and keep leadership in the loop with clear, actionable reports.
• Budget Buddy: Oversee sales budgets for each store and support managers to hit financial targets while keeping the experience exceptional.
• Trend Watching: Attend industry events to stay current on market vibes, competitor moves, and what’s trending in the optical world.

Location: Eye Pieces 

Employment Type: Full Time Year Round 

Pay Rate: $80,000 base with earning potential $101,600 and beyond
