We're currently seeking part time Engineer Technicians to complete our engineering team. The ideal candidate is an individual with a great attitude, a reliable work ethic and a willingness to learn - many other of the required skills can be taught!

 As an Engineer at Solaris, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing all building systems and equipment. From ensuring the seamless operation of mechanical and HVAC systems to implementing cutting-edge technologies, you'll have the opportunity to grow your expertise while contributing to the exceptional guest experience that defines Solaris Residences.

Duties Include:

• Address guest, owner, and staff work orders promptly for safe and efficient facility operation.
• Assist in preventive maintenance across units, common areas, and commercial spaces, conducting daily inspections.
• Collaborate with other Engineering team members and external contractors for necessary maintenance and improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of work activities and materials.
• Perform various maintenance tasks and ensure workshop cleanliness, reporting stock status to Engineering Director.

Location: The Solaris Residences, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Part Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $26/hour ; $1,000 Sign on Bonus (half paid after 60 days and second half after 120 days)

Schedule: What works best for you? 2-10 hour shifts? 2-8 hour shifts? 3-8 hour shifts? We can work with you! (Candidates will have 2-3 set days they are scheduled - never wonder when you'll have to work!)

• Applicants should have an interest in mechanical and HVAC systems and theory - experience is a plus, but not required.
• The ideal candidate will have a dedicated work ethic and upbeat attitude to fit in well with our team.
• We would love it if you can thrive on your own and work well with others in a team - we are a group of independent collaborators!
• No relocation - local candidates only
