Join our team at renowed The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, managed by East West Hospitality.

We are looking for an organized and self-motivated Engineering Coordinator to join our team! If you have at least one year of administrative experience and excellent time management and communication skills, we would love to meet you!


Duties Include:

  • Daily reviews of maintenance preformed by engineering staff/billing all maintenance work done to the proper entities
  • Month End Billing (billing spreadsheets, credit card statements, coding & submitting Invoices, etc.)
  • Communicate with Accounting and Owner Services to ensure billing to owners & other hotel entities is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Inventory Management (Ordering, tracking, receiving items - keeping/updating inventory records)
  • Coordination of Contractors - Signing contractors & keys in/out, will sometimes schedule or follow up with contractors for work done on property
  • Communication/Coordination/Delegation of Work Requests
  • Office organization/office supply ordering
  • Assisting the Director & Manager with scheduling, coordinating, assigning Work Order & communicating with the staff & hotel.


Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $23 / hour 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm



  • At least 1-year administrative experience
  • Accounting experience, budgeting and cost accounting, preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Superior organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
  • Bilingual - Spanish/English, preferred
