Engineering Supervisor

What You’ll Do:

• Support Daily Operations: Partner with the Engineering Manager to oversee daily department activities.
• Manage Work Orders: Use Transcendent software to ensure maintenance requests are completed promptly.
• Maintain Safety & Appearance: Keep workspaces, guest areas, and equipment in peak condition for functionality and safety.
• Train the Team: Lead training initiatives for new and current technicians.
• Assist with Projects & Supplies: Help coordinate supply orders and maintenance projects.

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $28 / hour

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and general building techniques, along with basic computer skills including familiarity with Transcendent, Saflok, Elsafe, and similar systems.
