Financial Accountant

Your Role:
As our Financial Accountant, you’ll be the financial compass that guides our organization. You’ll gather and analyze data, prepare comprehensive balance sheets and income statements, and forecast costs and revenues to drive strategic decisions. Beyond the numbers, you’ll manage tax payments, lead internal audits, and identify financial trends, providing actionable insights that influence our growth.

The Details:
This full-time, year-round role offers a competitive pay range of $30-$34/hour. You'll work Monday to Friday, 9 AM-5 PM, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the mountain lifestyle. Applications close on 2/3/2025 or when the position is filled, so act fast!

Start Date: ASAP

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent industry experience, with 1-3 years in financial accounting or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring data accuracy through reconciliations.
• Familiarity with GAAP, IFRS, internal controls, and compliance requirements, with experience supporting audits and financial reporting.
• Strong skills in financial software, accounting systems, and MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and effective in a team environment with the ability to manage deadlines and contribute to month-end and year-end processes.
