We’re on the hunt for a motivated Fitness Instructor to bring their passion and expertise to our diverse offerings, including Barre, HIIT, and Circuit-based classes. If you're a certified instructor with a drive to inspire and elevate others, we want to meet you!

Location: The Athletic Club at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa. Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: On Call

Pay Rate: Starting at $28 / hour + head count commission

Minimum Requirements

Successful candidates will possess strong physical fitness and be a certified Fitness Instructor, with the ability to tailor classes to meet diverse needs. They will excel in communication and motivational skills, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor with guests, members, and staff. Punctuality and preparedness are key, as they will arrive early to classes and be ready to lead. Additionally, they will support the club team by maintaining the cleanliness of facilities and assisting members and guests as needed. A team player, they will be flexible and willing to pick up additional classes when required.
