We're on the hunt for passionate Front of House Team Members to join our opening team and bring their energy into a brand-new concept café starting February 1st. This position is responsible for the daily front of house operations of the café, The Polly, as well as other food and beverage services across the property. Your focus will be on providing top-tier dining experiences, driven by owner feedback, resident satisfaction, and long-term success. You’ll be responsible for upholding high service standards in a luxury, community-centered environment. Duties include greeting all guests and owners in a pleasant manner, maintaining sanitation standards, serving tables, and ensuring smooth workflow during service.

Location: The Polly at Founders Place, Park City, Utah
Start Date: 02/01/2025
Compensation: $18/hour + share of service charge + end-of-season bonus
Sign-On Bonus: $500 (paid after 30 days of employment)

* Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Take orders accurately and efficiently using Toast Point-of-sale system. Upsell additional food and beverage items and communicate promotional offerings to guests and owners.
* Menu Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergen information to accurately answer any guest questions.
* Food Safety: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and rotation of food items.
* Station management: Maintain cleanliness, organization and sanitation of the Front of House areas, such as dining tables, counters, and restrooms. Assist with stocking and replenishing inventory as needed.
* Communication: Effectively communicates with all teammates in a professional manner to ensure smooth service flow.
* Previous experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred. Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures.
* Excellent customer service skills, with a polished and friendly demeanor.
* ServSafe certification required.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
