Food and Beverage Manager

Duties Include:

• Oversee daily service operations across all dining areas-including the main dining room, The Lookout, patios, Market, IRD, and Laps pool bar-ensuring consistent quality and guest satisfaction.

• Lead and support staff through hiring, training, performance management, and daily work direction; foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

• Evaluate restaurant service performance daily and implement improvements as needed.

• Coordinate maintenance and cleanliness of service areas with floor managers, associates, and external vendors.

• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to manage menus, food prep timelines, and seamless execution of service.

• Drive departmental financial performance through cost control (payroll and cost of sales) and revenue growth strategies.

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Range: $65,000 / year, plus annual bonus potential 

Schedule: Primarily PM shifts but may include some AM shifts. Holidays and Weekends are likely.

• 4 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage industry including 2 years in management.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Culinary Management is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and organizational ability.
• Passion for creating and personalizing guest experiences.
