Food and Beverage Manager

Duties Include:

• Overseeing daily operations across all dining outlets to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction

• Leading staff hiring, training, performance management, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence

• Monitoring service performance and implementing continuous improvements

• Coordinating cleanliness, maintenance, and vendor support across all service areas

• Collaborating with culinary teams and managing financial performance through cost control and revenue strategies

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Range: $65,000 / year, plus annual bonus potential 

Schedule: Primarily PM shifts but may include some AM shifts. Holidays and Weekends are likely.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of progressive experience in the food and beverage industry, including a minimum of two years in a management role. A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Culinary Management is preferred. Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and exceptional organizational abilities are essential. Most importantly, this candidate brings a genuine passion for creating and personalizing memorable guest experiences.
