The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for owners and guests, delivering exceptional service and managing front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure, handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with professionalism and care.  
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.  
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure owner and guest needs are met and communicate effectively with other departments for a seamless experience.  
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.  
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while ensuring the property is safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Location: Frontgate | Avon, CO

Start Date: 11/15/2024

Employment Type: Full-Time, Seasonal

Pay Rate: $20-22/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Posting Closing Date: 11/5/2024 (or until filled)

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and previous front desk experience is a plus. They should maintain a professional appearance and possess a friendly, helpful demeanor to address guest needs and concerns. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and colleagues, along with the ability to multitask efficiently, handling calls, check-ins, and more simultaneously. Familiarity with property management systems, phone systems, and basic computer applications is important, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
