Front Desk Agent (Part Time)

We're in search of a Part Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. If you possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, telephone etiquette, have previous experience in front desk or guest service roles, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Duties Include:

• The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in RDP reservation software and strong computer skills are desirable
• Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as their requests
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance and housekeeping needs
• Provide concierge services to guests

Location: Falcon Point - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Part-Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $21 / hour 

Schedule: Flexible, full-time, days, nights, and weekends.

• Customer Service skills
• Front desk experience preferred
• English fluency required; Spanish preferred.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States year-round
