Step into the heart of Beaver Creek and become the welcoming face of Poste Montane Lodge! We’re looking for a guest-focused, detail-driven Front Desk Agent ready to be the welcoming face of our mountain escape. More than just check-ins, this role is about creating exceptional first impressions-delivering warm, seamless service that sets the stage for a memorable stay from the moment guests arrive.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create VIP-worthy stays by greeting owners and guests with genuine hospitality, handling check-ins/outs, and resolving issues with ease.
  • Keep operations running smoothly by managing reservations, payments, and daily tasks, while assisting with maintenance requests, inspections, and minor upkeep.
  • Be the hub of communication by working closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance to keep everything seamless and guest-ready.
  • Care for our lodge by maintaining public spaces, assisting with breakfast service and events, and tackling light maintenance projects.
  • Share your local know-how by providing expert recommendations, booking activities, and assisting with luggage and shipping for a hassle-free guest experience.

Location: Poste Montane- Beaver Creek, CO

Start date: ASAP

Employment type: Part Time, Year Round and Seasonal

Pay: $23 - $26 / hour + $500 Sign-On Bonus paid after 60 days

Schedule: Flexible hours and schedule. Some mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays may be required.

Ideal candidates will have a friendly demeanor, think quickly on their feet, and communicate effectively while working well with others. A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with prior customer service experience. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Candidates should be comfortable using various office equipment and familiar with property management software (RDPWIN) and Microsoft Office. Strong mathematical and reasoning skills are crucial, enabling them to resolve issues calmly and efficiently.
