Front Desk Agent - Poste Montane

Beaver Creek is calling and  Poste Montane Lodge is where the experience begins! We’re looking for a Front Desk Agent with an eye for detail and a passion for exceptional service. In this role, you won’t just greet guests—you’ll craft warm welcomes, smooth stays, and lasting memories that elevate every mountain escape. What You’ll Do:

• Create VIP-worthy stays by greeting owners and guests with genuine hospitality, handling check-ins/outs, and resolving issues with ease.
• Keep operations running smoothly by managing reservations, payments, and daily tasks, while assisting with maintenance requests, inspections, and minor upkeep.
• Be the hub of communication by working closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance to keep everything seamless and guest-ready.
• Care for our lodge by maintaining public spaces, assisting with breakfast service and events, and tackling light maintenance projects.
• Share your local know-how by providing expert recommendations, booking activities, and assisting with luggage and shipping for a hassle-free guest experience.

Location: Poste Montane- Beaver Creek, CO

Start date: ASAP

Employment type: Full Time, Year Round.

Pay: $23 - $26 / hour + $1000 Hiring Bonus (1/2 paid after 60 days, 1/2 paid after 90 days)

Schedule: 8hrs/day; Saturday-Wednesday; hours may vary

Job Closing Date: 10/22/2025 or until filled

Ideal candidates will have a friendly demeanor, think quickly on their feet, and communicate effectively while working well with others. A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with prior customer service experience. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Candidates should be comfortable using various office equipment and familiar with property management software (RDPWIN) and Microsoft Office. Strong mathematical and reasoning skills are crucial, enabling them to resolve issues calmly and efficiently.
