Viceroy Snowmass, located in Snowmass Village, CO is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!
As a Front Desk Agent at Viceroy Snowmass, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming arrival experience that reflects the elegance and service excellence of the Viceroy brand. Your role is to ensure each guest feels valued, informed, and cared for throughout their stay.
Location: Viceroy Snowmass, Managed by East West Hospitality - Snowmass Village, CO
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Start Date: June 2025
Pay Rate: $22/Hour
Schedule: Flexible Schedule, some nights, weekends, and holidays required

Essential Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check in guests with efficiency and a personal touch.
- Handle guest check-outs with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Accurately manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, or via email in a prompt, courteous manner.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, bell services, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Operate PBX phone system directing calls and handling guest requests
- Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy, urgency, and discretion; escalate as necessary.
- Assist with lobby activations and any amenities as needed.
- Ensure accurate billing and handle financial transactions securely.
- Uphold Viceroy ideology and service standards to deliver a consistently elevated guest experience.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
