Join our team at Falcon Point Resort, managed by East West Hospitality, named Best Property Management by Best of Vail Valley!  Falcon Point Resort is a 58-unit Vacation Ownership property situated on the banks of Nottingham Lake in Avon, CO.

We are looking for Front Desk Agents to join our Front Office team. If you are service oriented, are confident using a computer, and have helpful disposition, we would love to meet you!

 

Duties Include:

  • Greet and welcome guests to our time-share property
  • Check guests in and out of residences
  • Handle guests requests
  • Respond to maintenance and housekeeping needs
  • Act as concierge
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions

 

Location: Falcon Point - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time & Part Time, Year Round positions available

Pay Rate: $18 - $19 / hour DOE + Concierge Commission

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and telephone etiquette
  • Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment and able to multi-task.
  • English fluency required; Spanish preferred.
  • Previous front desk or guest service experience and reservations experience preferred.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus and provide evidence of full vaccination status to East West.
