At The Aspen, we pride ourselves on providing the best hospitality experience in the Valley, and we are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team. If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have excellent communication skills, we would love to meet you! 

Duties Include: 

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing excellent guest service to our guests and owners, both in person and over the phone. They are the primary point of contact for guest arrivals/departures, and are expected to provide the guests with important information about the property and surrounding area. They are someone who strives to continually improve guest, owner and colleague satisfaction. Must be able to book reservations and provide back-up for the transportation/bell department if needed. 

Location: The Aspen Mountain Residences, managed by East West Hospitality - Aspen, CO

Start Date: ASAP 

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round 

Pay Rate: $21/hour 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Basic computer & phone skills 

  • Previous guest service experience preferred
