Snowmass Mountain Lodging is seeking an organized and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent. If you enjoy working as a part of a team, anticipating guest needs, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to meet you!

Location: Snowmass Mountain Lodging, Managed by East West Hospitality - Snowmass Village, CO 

Start Date: ASAP 

Employment Status: Full Time, Year-Round 

Pay Rate:  $25 / hour

Schedule: Flexible schedule; Some weekends and holidays required 

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing excellent guest service to our guests and owners, both in person and over the phone. They are the primary point of contact for guest arrivals/departures, and are expected to provide the guests with important information about the property and surrounding area. They are someone who strives to continually improve guest, owner and colleague satisfaction. 

Duties Include:

  • Provide excellent service to guests and owners before, during, and after their stay 

  • Check-in / Check-out  

  • Anticipate and identify guest needs; assist with all guest requests 

  • Must be able to book reservations and provide back-up for the transportation/bell department if needed.

  • Handling of basic cash and credit transactions 

 

  • Fluent in English 

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting preferred 

  • Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 

  • Problem solving skills 

  • Proficient computer skills
