We're on the lookout for a dedicated Front Desk Agent with a strong customer service background. In this role, you'll be the face of hospitality, providing top-notch service to our owners and guests both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities include:

  • Warmly welcome and assist guests with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Streamline check-in and check-out processes for a seamless experience.
  • Manage arrivals and departures throughout the day.
  • Address guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Familiarize yourself with reservation policies and accurately handle bookings.
  • Foster positive relationships with fellow front desk colleagues and other departments.
  • Handle phone calls with courtesy, accuracy, and timeliness, while ensuring clear message taking.

Location: St. James Place , Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Pay: $21 / hour

Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. 

  • Capacity to maintain prolonged periods of sitting or standing independently and without supervision.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities are essential-enjoyment of engaging with diverse individuals.
  • Reliability - can we depend on you?
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Prior experience in customer service ideal
  • Proficient use of a variety of office equipment including computers, printers, calculators, fax machines, copiers, and telephones is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
