East West Hospitality, named Best Property Management by Best of Vail, is looking for a service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Wren at Vail. This role offers a unique opportunity to act not only as a front desk agent but also as a concierge and reservations agent. If you excel in providing outstanding guest service and are eager to contribute to a vibrant team environment, we want to meet you!

At The Wren at Vail, you'll have the opportunity to engage with guests and owners, ensuring their stay is memorable and seamless. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our property, handling a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest and Owner Services: Greet and provide exceptional service to guests and owners, ensuring all their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Telephone Management: Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently, providing accurate information and directing calls as necessary.
  • Check-In and Check-Out: Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Reservation Management: Create and manage reservations from incoming calls and emails, maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including managing office equipment and supporting the overall front desk operations.

Location: The Wren at Vail - Vail, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full-Time, Year-Round

Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour depending on experience + $1,000 sign on bonus! (1/2 paid after 30 days of successful work, 1/2 paid after 90 days of successful work)

Schedule: 40 hours per week, specific schedule to be determined

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Prior experience in customer service required
  • Fluency in English required.  Knowledge of any foreign languages helpful but not required. 
  • Computer, printer, copier, fax machine, postage meter machine, and telephones
  • RDPWIN (property management software), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
