If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!  Solaris Residences is seeking a talented Front Desk Agent to become the face of our establishment and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Our dedicated team works together to create an atmosphere of warmth and professionalism, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.

Duties Include:

Delivering genuine hospitality from check-in to check-out, you'll engage guests and owners with an open, helpful, and engaging tone, addressing their requests and concerns with care. Maximize revenue through strategic up-selling while fostering strong relationships with all departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve our goals.

Location: Solaris Residences - Vail, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round 

Pay Rate: $23/hr + commissions and bonuses! Your efforts determine how much you can earn!
($1,000 sign on bonus: half paid after 90 days of successful work and half paid after 180 days of successful work)

Schedule: Primarily evenings - 3:00PM to 11:00PM

The ideal candidate will be customer service-oriented, professional, eager to learn, and committed to integrity in their work. The ideal candidate will also have experience in the hospitality or customer service industries, proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel, strong communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate empathy and care.
