Responsibilities include:

In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to both guests and owners, always greeting them with a warm smile and addressing their needs promptly and professionally. You'll manage incoming phone calls efficiently, offering accurate information and ensuring they’re routed to the right place. Check-ins and check-outs will be handled with precision, prioritizing accuracy and attention to detail. You'll also manage and update reservations via phone and email, keeping everything organized. In addition, you'll support administrative tasks to ensure the front desk runs smoothly and efficiently.

Location: St. James Place , Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time and Part time, Year Round

Pay: $21 - $23/hour

Schedule: AM opening shift (7am-11am) - Mid Shift (12pm-8pm) - PM closing shift (3pm-11pm)  Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
