Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing guest requests and concerns, aiming to exceed expectations.
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet owner and guest needs, fostering smooth communication across departments.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and packages, supporting administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Keep the front desk area tidy and organized, contributing to a safe, clean, and well-maintained property environment.

Start Date: 11/15/2024
Employment Type: Full-Time, Seasonal
Pay Rate: $20-22/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and previous front desk experience is a plus. They should maintain a professional appearance and possess a friendly, helpful demeanor to address guest needs and concerns. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and colleagues, along with the ability to multitask efficiently, handling calls, check-ins, and more simultaneously. Familiarity with property management systems, phone systems, and basic computer applications is important, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
