Responsibilities include:

In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to both guests and owners, always greeting them with a warm smile and addressing their needs promptly and professionally. You'll manage incoming phone calls efficiently, offering accurate information and ensuring they’re routed to the right place. Check-ins and check-outs will be handled with precision, prioritizing accuracy and attention to detail. You'll also manage and update reservations via phone and email, keeping everything organized. In addition, you'll support administrative tasks to ensure the front desk runs smoothly and efficiently.

What's Hot: 2 Shifts available, morning and evening...both hit a sweet spot to allow you to ski before or after your shift. This position is eligible for our Winter Incentive Program (Epic Merchant Ski Pass or end of season bonus)!

Location: St. James Place , Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time Year Round

Pay: $21 - $23/hour

Schedule: AM opening shift (7am-11am) and PM closing shift (3pm-11pm)  Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
