One Riverfront Townhomes is looking for a professional, detail-oriented Front Desk Agent who takes pride in creating a welcoming, seamless experience for high-end clientele while efficiently handling requests and finding solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Guest & Owner Experience: Warmly welcome guests and owners, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and concierge support.
  • Front Desk & Reservations: Manage check-ins, check-outs, payments, and pre-arrival communication for a seamless stay.
  • Property & Service Coordination: Address maintenance and housekeeping requests, conduct property inspections, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Logistics & Organization: Sort and deliver packages, assist with ski valet services, and maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area.
  • Additional Support: Assist with arrival/departure inspections and other duties as needed.

Location: One Riverfront Townhomes in Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full-Time Year-Round 

Pay: $22 - $25/hour

Schedule: Typically 8:30am - 5:30pm. Flexible and changes seasonally. Weekends and holidays required during peak season.

The successful candidate will: 

  • A team-oriented mindset with strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and telephone etiquette.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or relevant experience, with a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 30 lbs, shovel light snow, and navigate stairs.
  • The ability to stay composed under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
