Front Desk Agent

Ready to be the face of luxury in the heart of Vail? Solaris Residences is looking for a people-person with a passion for hospitality to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. In this fast-paced, guest-facing role, you'll be the first point of contact for our owners and guests-delivering seamless service before, during, and after their stay. No two days are the same, and your ability to coordinate requests and create memorable experiences will make you a key player in our high-end mountain escape. Duties Include:

• Answer and return all incoming calls promptly and professionally

• Manage guest and owner check-in and check-out processes

• Ensure billing accuracy and process all transactions efficiently

• Communicate effectively with other departments via radio and phone

• Handle reservation inquiries and availability requests

• Coordinate with outside vendors, contractors, and realtors as needed

Location: Solaris Residences - Vail, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round 

Pay Rate: $24/hr, reservation commissions are possible

Schedule: 7am-3pm, 10am-5pm or 3pm-11pm, 5 days/week

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, time management, and organizational skills to the role, along with a professional demeanor and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of experience in hospitality or a similar field. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications is essential, as are basic math and writing skills to support accurate transactions and effective communication.
