Join The Charter is looking for a Front Desk Agent who’s ready to bring energy, professionalism, and warmth to every guest interaction. In this front-line role, you’ll handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and a smile-while helping guests make the most of their stay by sharing all that our property and the surrounding area have to offer. If you love solving problems, creating great first (and last!) impressions, and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!

  • Guest Assistance: Answer questions, provide recommendations, and make every guest feel at home.

  • Problem Solving: Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a smile, turning challenges into solutions.
  • Resort Ambassador: Highlight and promote our incredible property and amenities to enhance each stay.

Employment Type: Full-Time Year-Round 

Pay: $22/hour

Schedule: 5 days/week with 2 consecutive days off, 2:00pm - 10:00pm.

We’re looking for a customer service superstar with strong communication and phone etiquette skills to create exceptional guest experiences. You should be proficient in basic computer software, including Excel and Word, and eager to learn our property management system. Organizational skills and multitasking come naturally to you, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying composed under pressure. If you're a team player with a passion for hospitality, and bilingual in Spanish- even better!
