Front Desk Concierge

We're seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Concierge to become an integral part of our team. As a member of our close-knit team, you'll collaborate with our Front Desk, Engineering, and Housekeeping units at our exquisite boutique establishment nestled in the heart of Lionshead Village. While the primary duties within this role are Front Desk responsibilities, there's an exciting opportunity to extend your assistance to owners through Concierge services, opening doors to potential commission-based earnings!

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests and owners
• Checking guests in an out while assisting with luggage and property tours
• Assisting guests and owners with concierge requests such and restaurant reservations, activities, transportation, and housekeeping requests

Location: The Lion, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO 

Employment Status: Full Time Seasonal and Full Time Year Round positions available

Start Date: ASAP/Flexible

Pay Rate: $22 / hour + commissions and any tips earned! Annual 10% bonus based on performance!

Schedule: Flexible mix of AM (7:30am-3:30pm) and PM (1:00pm-9:00pm) shifts.

• One year of guest service experience 
• Excellent guest service skills
