Front Desk Concierge

Join our close-knit team as a Front Desk Concierge at our boutique property in the heart of Lionshead Village:  The Lion, managed by East West Hospitality! We're looking for a reliable, organized professional to take charge of Front Desk responsibilities while collaborating with Engineering and Housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest experience. In this role, you’ll also have the exciting opportunity to assist owners with Concierge services-unlocking potential commission-based earnings. Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests and owners
• Checking guests in an out while assisting with luggage and property tours
• Assisting guests and owners with concierge requests such and restaurant reservations, activities, transportation, and housekeeping requests

Location: The Lion, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO 

Employment Status: Full Time Seasonal 

Start Date: ASAP/Flexible

Pay Rate: $22 / hour + commissions and any tips earned! Annual 10% bonus based on performance!

Schedule: Flexible mix of AM (7:30am-3:30pm) and PM (1:00pm-9:00pm) shifts.

• One year of guest service experience 
• Excellent guest service skills
