Title: Front Desk Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Coordinators are the familiar faces providing a welcome greeting to all residents and guests. In order to provide resort level service, the Front Desk Attendant will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of professionalism in a busy, urban office. Some of the job responsibilities include: answering telephones, managing daily calendar, corresponding with clients via email, in person, and on the phone, checking in and out keys, logging incoming package deliveries, delivery of concierge packages and providing neighborhood information. This position requires weekends.

Job Duties:

  1. General Office Duties
    1. Opening and closing the office
    2. Answering and routing phone calls
    3. Checking emails and responding to all inquiries
    4. Ability to compose official emails to residents  
    5. Assist with concierge services
    6. Take prospective renters to tour available units
    7. General filing
    8. Assisting with mailers
    9. Monitor properties for security via cameras
    10. Any other duties assigned by supervisor
    11. Standards of Dress
      1. Uphold a clean and well-groomed appearance
      2. Semi business casual, no jeans
      3. Job Specifications:

        1. Knowledge of basic Microsoft applications
        2. Ability to fax, copy, scan
        3. Ability to lift heavy packages
        4. Must be proficient in English language
        5. Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal

        Schedule:
        Full time. 9:00-6:00. At least one weekend day required.  

         

         

         

         

         

         

      Minimum Requirements

       

      Minimum Qualifications:

      Experience in customer service / administrative field.

      Preferred experience in hotel or property management 

      High School Diploma or equivalent
