Front Desk Lead - The Charter

The Charter, managed by East West Hospitality, at Beaver Creek is one of Colorado’s most celebrated mountain properties, has an opportunity for a Front Desk Lead.
Duties Include:
- Provide exceptional guest and owner service, including greeting, check-ins, check-outs, and creating reservations via calls and emails.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism.
- Assist with emergency on-call duties every other week during evenings/nights.
- Take on enhanced responsibilities: updating daily checklists, training new hires, and performing additional clerical tasks.
- Support the Front Desk Manager with assigned duties and ensure smooth front desk operations.

Employment Status: Full Time Year Round
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
Schedule: Three to Four 10-hour shifts per week
We're seeking a team player with prior guest or customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with basic computer and phone proficiency. If you're detail-oriented, a problem-solver, and can juggle multiple tasks while delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers, we want you on our team! A flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays, is a must for this role.
