Front Desk Lead

Duties Include:

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a polished professional demeanor, and top-notch customer service skills. Knowledge of RDP reservation software and strong computer skills are a must. You'll be checking guests in and out, addressing their requests, responding to maintenance and housekeeping needs, and providing concierge services to enhance their stay. You'll assist in training other team members, support the general manager with time-sensitive projects, and help ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $23 per hour; commissions through concierge program will vary based on vendor structure
Schedule: Varies depending on business demand, includes weekends and holidays

Successful candidates will have at least two years of experience in hospitality or customer service in a Front Desk role, with prior leadership experience in hospitality preferred. A four-year college degree is preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate effectiveness in guest contact and problem resolution, be comfortable managing multifaceted projects alongside daily responsibilities, and possess excellent organizational and time-management skills. The ability to interact tactfully and professionally with owners, guests, board members, and the public is essential, along with computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office and the RDP Reservations System preferred. In this capacity, you must be fluent in English, with Spanish language skills a plus.
