Lodge Tower, located in the heart of Vail Village, is looking for a customer service oriented Front Desk / Reservations Agent to join our team! If you are comfortable using a computer and have an positive attitude, we would love to meet you!

Duties Include:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and owners before, during, and after their stay
  • Perform all front desk duties: check in/out guests & owners, responding to in house requests
  • Make lodging reservations based on availability & guest requests
  • Answer telephones & emails
  • Basic administrative tasks

Location: Lodge Tower - Vail, CO

Start Date: November 6, 2020

Employment Type:  Full Time, Year Round & Full Time, Seasonal positions available

Pay Rate: $16/ hour + DOE and potential commission

Schedule: 32-40 hours per week. Set schedule for winter TBD, must be able to work weekends.

  •  Guest service experience preferred, but we will train the right person 
  • Ability to use multi-line phone
  • Computer proficiency
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
