Front Desk / Reservations Agent

We’re seeking a Front Desk & Reservations Agent to join our guest-focused team! In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of Lodge Tower, ensuring seamless reservations, smooth check-ins, and exceptional service. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality, we’d love to meet you!

Duties Include:

In this role, you’ll handle phone and email inquiries, manage reservations, process payments, and oversee key distribution. You’ll guide guests with property knowledge, conduct tours, and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs by providing essential facility details. Responsibilities include coordinating owner stays, communicating guest needs with housekeeping and maintenance, balancing the bank, and keeping shared spaces clean and welcoming. Clear communication with coworkers ensures seamless operations and exceptional service.

Location: Lodge Tower, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full  and Part Time Year Round, Full and Part Time Seasonal

Pay Rate: $20 / hour

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday PM shifts, 3:00pm - 11:00pm  or 3:30pm - 11:30pm

The ideal candidate is a guest-focused professional with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Vail, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences. Punctuality, excellent communication skills, and fluency in written and spoken English are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a commitment to top-tier hospitality.
