Front Desk Supervisor - Highlands Lodge

We’re searching for a Front Desk Supervisor who sets the tone for the entire guest experience, creating welcoming first impressions and stays guests can’t stop talking about. Duties Include:

• Guide and support all guest arrivals and departures, delivering a seamless, welcoming experience at every interaction.
• Direct daily front desk operations, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and clear communication across guest services.
• Manage the organization and workflow of the mail room and supporting administrative tasks.
• Assist with maintaining the pool area’s appearance and readiness, upholding the lodge’s high standards.
• Handle guest needs and special requests with speed, care, and professionalism, combining operational know-how with genuine connection.

What's Hot: On-site parking, eligible for Epic Merchant Ski Pass or $ equivalent (depending on start date), ski-in/ski-out access, employee locker rooms

Location: Highlands Lodge 
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Schedule: Afternoon/Evening shifts, 8-10 hours per day between 1pm - 9pm
Pay Rate: $22 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus tips
