This is an exciting opportunity for current East West Hospitality employees to take the next step in their career at Solaris Residences! As Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll build upon your existing expertise and take on a leadership role that fosters teamwork, consistency, and exceptional guest service. In this role, you’ll partner closely with management and your fellow Front Desk Agents to ensure that standards are clearly communicated, upheld, and celebrated. You’ll lead by example with positivity and professionalism—identifying training opportunities, encouraging growth, and inspiring your team to deliver the seamless, high-touch experience Solaris is known for.

Duties Include:

  • Lead daily Front Desk operations, serving as a key point of contact for guests, owners, and team members to ensure seamless communication and service.

  • Partner with management and department leaders to coordinate requests, resolve issues, and uphold property standards.

  • Oversee and verify accuracy in rates, fees, and billings while supporting efficient, error-free transaction processing.

  • Promote teamwork, clear communication, and consistent application of policies and best practices across the Front Desk.

  • Cultivate trusted relationships with guests and owners—anticipating needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and elevating the overall experience.

Start Date: 10/25/2025

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $27 - $30 per hour, dependent on experience

Schedule: Primarily 7am to 3pm with some options for flexibility based on operational need.
