Front Desk Supervisor - The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa

We’re searching for a Front Desk Supervisor. If you have a guest-first mindset and a flair for delivering exceptional hospitality and at least one year of leadership experience in a full-service or luxury setting, this is your chance to make an impact!

What You’ll Do:

As Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll oversee smooth check-ins and check-outs, manage room keys and payments, and coordinate room changes with efficiency and care. You’ll serve as Manager on Duty, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and upholding brand standards, while also partnering with the Front Office Manager to elevate stays through thoughtful upgrades and personalized touches. This role is all about bringing energy, precision, and a guest-first mindset to the front lines of a luxury resort experience.

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $25/ hour + commission potential

Schedule: Varies, must be available to work holidays and weekends.

• At least one year of full service/luxury leadership experience required.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in guest contact and problem resolution skills.
• Experience with Marriott and/ or  Westin Brand desired.
• Must be very detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
