Front Desk Supervisor

We’re searching for a Front Desk Supervisor who brings a guest-focused mindset and a passion for delivering top-tier hospitality. Duties Include:

As Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll lead the way in delivering seamless guest experiences and smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities include coordinating training for new hires and providing ongoing development for team members to ensure brand standards are upheld. From managing guest registration, room key issuance, and payment processing to assisting with room changes and resolving guest concerns, you’ll be at the forefront of guest interactions. Acting as Manager on Duty when needed, you’ll also assign daily tasks to Guest Service Agents and monitor their performance and adherence to procedures. Collaborating with the Front Office Manager, you’ll help implement room upgrade programs and Marriott Bonvoy brand initiatives, making every stay memorable and meaningful.

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $25/ hour 

Schedule: Varies, must be available to work holidays and weekends.  

• At least one year of full service/luxury leadership experience required.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in guest contact and problem resolution skills.
• Experience with Marriott and/ or  Westin Brand desired.
• Must be very detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
