Front Desk

Join our team at The Lion, one of Vail's newest luxury properties, managed by East West Hospitality. 

We are looking for a dependable and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our tight knit Front Desk, Engineering & Housekeeping teams at a gorgeous boutique property in Lionshead Village. Although this role is composed of primarily Front Desk duties, you will have the opportunity to assist owners with Concierge services which can offer you the opportunity to earn commissions!

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests and owners
• Checking guests in an out while assisting with luggage and property tours
• Assisting guests and owners with concierge requests such and restaurant reservations, activities, transportation, and housekeeping requests

Location: The Lion, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO 

Employment Status: Full Time Year Round 

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $21 / hour + commissions!

Schedule: Four 10 hour shifts with three days off.

• One year of guest service experience
