Your Role Includes:
Operations: Oversee daily front-of-house activities, monitor food, beverage, and service quality, and ensure all health, safety, and compliance standards are met.
Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and support team members, providing feedback and resolving conflicts as needed.
Financial Management: Track expenses, manage budgets, handle payroll, and monitor sales to maximize profitability.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage complaints, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
Inventory & Administration: Manage inventory, place supply orders, lead by example, promote a positive work culture, handle administrative tasks, and support marketing initiatives as needed.
Location: Cafe 52 in Stag Lodge, Park City, UT
Start Date: 11/1/2025
Pay Rate: $23/hr + Service Fee Pooling!
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Schedule: Thursday - Monday, 11:00am - 7:00pm
